Delivery Information

Our standard delivery charge is £8.00 We offer a variety of courier services selectable from the checkout on our website. Standard delivery is normally 4 working days from the day of order.

We also offer timed delivery services (before noon and before 10.30am) at additional costs.

Please note that although we do everything within our power to ensure that goods are dispatched on-time, there can be rare occasions whereby production could be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control.

For Next day Delivery’s there is a cut off time of 2 pm.

With regards to courier delivery times, there is no insurance or consequential insurance for late deliveries with next day couriers. We would always recommend that you arrange for a delivery to be made in advance of your required date to ensure you receive your order at the time you need it.

We use DPD and Tuffnells for all of our deliveries depending on the products ordered. We provide you with a link to track your package once the order is despatched, this will take you to an external, secure tracking page.

Damaged Order

We will carefully pack your order to ensure it leaves our production facility in pristine condition. If you are unhappy with your order as a result of damage in transit, please contact us as soon as you receive your order.

Returns & Cancellations

If you are unhappy with the quality of your order please contact us as soon as you receive your order. Due to the nature of printed products refunds are subject to an inspection, to confirm the original product was defective before issuing a credit. In most cases we cannot cancel an order once it is received as we begin production very quickly. Please call us as soon as possible if you do need to cancel or amend an order and we can advise you if this is possible.
